Manufacturing & Quality in Winslow
Our Winslow, Maine manufacturing site has been part of Elanco for more than 10 years. Originally founded in 1957 as Maine Biological Labs, the facility was acquired in 2014 and today focuses on manufacturing our poultry vaccines.
There are a variety of careers at the site, from frontline employees to senior level leaders and technical individual contributors representing a wide range of backgrounds. The main functions include Maintenance & Engineering, Operations, Quality Assurance and Control, Regulatory Affairs, Technical Services, Supply Chain, Support Functions and more.
Built on a foundation of community and family, the average employee tenure is seven years with several family members working together. The Winslow team feels connected to the overall company vision and purpose of making life better for animals through the work and various events giving back to the local community.
