We were so honoured to be a part of the Petstock Foundation and Make-a-Wish Australia’s Trees of Joy event on November 21st, 2025. As proud supporters of the Petstock Foundation, it was so great for our team to see first-hand the positive impact that the Petstock Foundation has on people, their pets, and the planet.
Petstock Foundation Christmas
The Trees of Joy event was extremely rewarding - our team helped to create a little Christmas magic for Make-a-Wish Australia kids and their families. We decorated themed Christmas trees based on some of the kids’ favourite movies and shows, like SpongeBob Squarepants and Lilo & Stitch, and alongside presents for the children, their siblings and pets, all was gifted to children. The themed Christmas trees were then packaged up and sent to the children’s homes to continue the Christmas cheer over the festive season.
Make-A-Wish Australia: helping critically ill children for the past 40 years
Make-A-Wish Australia fulfils the wishes of children with critical illnesses, as they believe that having a wish granted is vital to a child’s treatment. Many of these children endure months and years of hardship and hospitalisation, and the fight for their health can be all-consuming for themselves and their families. Thankfully, many go on to lead healthy lives after their treatment. Over the last 40 years, Make-A-Wish Australia has delivered more then 11,000 wishes to kids across Australia.
Petstock Foundation: granting life changing pet wishes
The Petstock Foundation is the pet wish partner of Make-A-Wish Australia, committing $250 000 to granting pet-related wishes to critically ill kids who need it most. From gifting a long-wished for Golden Retriever to a boy with congenital heart disease, or a curly-haired Cavoodle to a girl suffering from acute lymphoblastic leukaemia, these wishes are vital to a child’s wellbeing. These long wished for pets provide comfort, hope and companionship when kids and their families need it most.
The Petstock Foundation also provides Make-A-Wish Australia children and their families with essential pet supplies to ensure new family members are well cared for when they are welcomed into their new home.
The Petstock Foundation is creating a better future for pets and people by strengthening the rewarding bond between people and their pets. 100% of donations to the Petstock Foundation are given to charities who share this purpose including the Christmas Project for support animals, Guide Dogs Australia, Assistance Dogs Australia, Safe Pets Safe Families, and Pets of the Homeless, plus environmental initiates such as the Pet Fur Recovery Program and the Royal Canin Recycling Program, and many more deserving charities.
